Die Jacke war billigster Kunststoff, mit Ärmeln für einen Sumo-Ringer, und ging daher retour. Bei der Rùckvergütung des Kaufpreis wurden satte € 10,-- abgezogen. Ich bin somit auf Kosten von € 18,-- sitzen geblieben - toll oder?

United States | 14 July 2024Ordered several products over the course of a week and a half. Cannot process payment. Used several different cards AND PayPal but no luck. Used three different search engines, again no luck. I receive em ails that my cart is still pending. Absolutely ZERO customer service by phone, email. The chat is intermittent and worthless. Very disapointing as they seem to have good products. I'd stay away!

Germany | 11 July 2024Abkassieren bei Widerruf. Wenn man von seinem gesetzlichen Widerrufsrecht Gebrauch machen will und gerne sein Geld zurück hätte, kassiert die Fa.Ekoi dafür 10 Euro. Ich werde im Onlineshop von Ekoi nichts mehr bestellen.

France | 28 June 2024A fuir absolument!! Marque à la politique plus que douteuse et aux méthodes quasi frauduleuses!! Les produits sont loin d’être extraordinaires, ils se permettent de retirer des produits de leur site durant les promotions quand les promos sont trop importantes à leur goût, ou se permettent de retirer le paiement en plusieurs fois au moment des soldes, période où les clients sont le plus propice à faire de gros paniers. Fuyez absolument ce sont des bandits, je ne comprends pas que des cyclistes du world tour acceptent de s’afficher à leurs côtés!

Me dicen hace más de 2 meses q está en garantía y que me mandan almohadillas nuevas todavía estoy esperando al final lo tiraré y pasaré página

Na aanvankelijk weken wachten en van alles dat is mis gegaan, ban ik na de derde mail en een slechte review gebeld door een medewerker. Er waren problemen met mijn e-mail adres. Uiteindelijk is alles keurig opgelost. Ik durf weer bij Ekoï te bestellen :-)

Italy | 12 June 2024Ho chiesto assistenza su un casco EKOI GARA MIPS Nero opaco acquistato in data 1/10/2023. dopo l'ultima uscita in bicicletta si sono formate delle bolle sulla parte superiore lucida del casco con una evidente parte di vernice saltata via. Alla Mia richiesta ha risposto la Sig.ra Christine C. Ekoi Export Team. La quale mi ha scritto: Ciao, Abbiamo fatto controllare le foto al reparto dopo vendita ma purtroppo non è possibile che il casco sia in questo stato dopo 7 mesi. ha preso caldo caldo e non è stato sciaquato dopo uscite... Ci dispiacce ma in questo caso la garanzia non è valida. Questa non mi sembra la risposta che una azienda "seria " deve fornire ad un cliente che riscontra un problema su un prodotto e ne ha acquistati anche altri di cui é soddisfatto. Inoltre un casco che va "sciaquato" tutte le volte che viene utilizzato e che ha la vernice che non resiste alla temperatura del sole di toscana a giugno (questo anno temperatura massima 40 gradi) a mio avviso ha avuto alcuni problemi durante la fase di preparazione alla verniciatura. Quindi concludendo alcuni prodotti possono essere anche validi ma l'assistenza è pessima.

France | 09 June 2024J'ai pris des lunettes éditions limitées reçues 2 jours en retard alors que j'ai payé la livraison express et le pire dans tout ça c'est que les lunettes ont des tâches c'est comme la couleur qui est décolorée franchement pour une première commande chez vous je suis vraiment insatisfait et dégoûté de votre prestation pour moi ça sera la première et la dernière fois que je commande chez vous vus les prix des produits faites attention à ce que vous vendez

The quality is good but if you are not sure about the size do not buy it since it will be a big pain to get the replacement. I still have not got any. Reply: I have sent the items by post. There was a delivery attempt to your office. You were not able to receive the items. I have all information from the post so I can prove all what I am saying. Now the items are for 2 weeks at the pick-up point. Then it will take 1-2 weeks to ship it back since you replied to me that you are not going to pick up the items. If I ship it back to you again, they will arrive to you in the end of June which is more than 30 days. You still hjave not replied to me if this is possible. I have sent 3 letters with this question. Then is there a guarantee that next time you will get my package or it will be the same? Yes, I exchanged items earlier, and each exchange took 2-3 weeks. You can get much better service with other brands, even though the quality of EKOI is good. I am saying if someone need to exchange things they should consider that it may not be possible, like in this case. By the way, 2 of the orders had faulty items. I have photos if you want to check. If I am not able to exchange the wrong items, what should I do? In addition, my messages to customer support are just ignored. So my review is relevant. In addition, I tried to leave the review on the EKOI website but it never appears there since it is the negative one. So here it is. update July 3, 2024: 2 months passed. The package still has not been received by Ekoi. There were several delivery attempts to Ekoi, but for some reason, they are not able to get the package. Customer service was not helpful. The shipment with the tracking number cost 35€ and now it seems that the package is lost. Very nice, instead of size exchange I just throw my money away + shipping costs. Replies from Ekoi are general and not aiming to solve the problem. Definitely buy another brand where you can get size exchange and better quality. It seems that there is some wrong measurements on Ekoi website because I needed to do changes several times. I have no issues with other brands and their specified dimensions.

Belgium | 29 May 2024Slechtste service ooit. Doen niet wat ze beloven op de website. Item besteld en direct betaald en na 36 u nog steeds niet verstuurd. De leveringstermijn kan zo nooit gehaald worden en dat ligt NIET aan de transporteur.
