I ordered a cooker hood from them before Christmas and the site said it should arrive the Friday after Christmas, a few days after that it did. When I opened the box I noticed that the appliance had a fault. I asked appliances direct for an exchange twice (which they are obligated to do) & they fobbed me off telling me that I had to go to the supplier. One long phone call to the supplier later with them telling me Appliances direct should be doing this, they agreed to exchange & Kaboodle actually installed it for me which was great. Don't expect any customer service from this company. I won't use them again.

The delivery guys weren't very helpful and didn't take packaging away.

I ordered a cooker on 21st January for my disabled niece was told it would arrive 31st Jan still waiting it’s disgusting you have to wait this long.

Great value. Saved £120 on new vacuum cleaner. For an additional £2.99 could specify a delivery day. Overall am very pleased.

Had a delay in delivery but was soon sorted out and got a £10 voucher for the inconvenience thankyou would use company again

No call received from driver on the day of delivery as it says on their delivery instructions. Driver left my £500 microwave in neighbours garden. Neighbour were on holiday. When I called the customer service they said they can’t do anything can issue me a refund. Absolutely rubbish service. Will never order from them again.

Avoid. Really poor service. Bought a washing machine with installation. Someone turns up to deliver and install. Tells us they can't install because they are not covered by insurance. Someone will call us back. Never heard back so called Appliances Direct. Turns out the installer had said there was a problem in our electric supply (there was demonstrably no such problem). Then started a nightmare to get them to rectify the issue. Finally, they refunded the installation fee because they couldn't install properly. Small crumb of comfort.

We purchased a tumble dryer and washing machine through this company would have given 5 stars for their service but their courier service is disgusting! The courier came in backwards with the machine on a trolley banged it down so hard he cracked my tiles on the floor. After complaining the claims department said the courier told Me they were cracked ( without having eyes up his bum) he wouldn’t of seen Behind him! And the tiles were NOT damaged beforehand. Seems I’m a liar and the courier is not!! Bad service and hopefully if he does it again the next customer might not be so nice as I was to him unless the company change couriers I will NOT buy from them again.

If you love getting junk mail forever afterwards this company is great. Getting them to stop the junk mail isn't easy. I gave up marked them as junk
