The ordering service is simple however beware if you choose to pay via Paypal as the way that PayPal is configured, i.e. need minimum of 2 telephone numbers caused me issues resulting in having to cancel the original order and start again. The customer service was very good - they processed the refund quickly and despatched the subsequent order the day after ordering.

Everything was great. Reduced one star as there was no information in advance that the two appliances I ordered were coming in two separate deliveries on the same day. This led to frantic call to your call centre for the “missing item” after first delivery and your first agent responded the second item was scheduled for next day, even though it was delivered on the same day. It would be good to have more seamless experience. Thanks.

Ordered online and the process was clear and simple. AD's communication was top-line throughout. Always emailing and texting with progress and delivery updates. And they were true to their word. My SMEG cooker hood arrived exactly on time and we scheduled an electrician to fit and connect. Perfect. They even allowed me a refund for a connection kit that I ordered and didn't need. Will definitely use Appliances Direct again and highly recommend.

Experience with Appliances Direct was very positive! There was an issue with delivery, but it wasnt their fault. They did their best to contact delivery driver at Saturday and they arrange super quick delivery same day in the afternoon! Very impressive. Im very content with the product too :)

I ordered an ElectriQ dehumidifyer and arranged to pick it up from the Huddersfield depot. Everything went smoothly, I received the promised email advising me that it was ready for collection. Saved money as well, all good!

If you live in the AB postcode, do not order from this supplier. They charge double delivery costs because they class it as the Highlands and Islands. Which anyone in the AB postcode code will tell you... Is false.

I paid for next day delivery before 1pm as I took the morning off work. It wasn't delivered until 5pm which meant another half day off work and less pay! The measurements are slightly wrong so it sticks out from the enclosure. The fridge works well apart from that. I'm still waiting for my delivery service refund!
