lovely and soft

I bought a gillet 5 years ago and have worn it since, every day. It's been fantastic, good quality. Decided to buy a new one, looked on Amazon and eBay etc, lots of generic gillet available cheap. So decided to buy a new one from Ryedale as original was great. Sadly new one is just a generic Chinese bit of rubbish, quality has gone. I ordered a cheap one on eBay as a spare. Exactly the same....... But 1/3 of the price. I would happily pay more for quality. What is going on..........

My daughter (dog walker) bought these boots at half price-still too expensive for her but she needs them. Got them in December and they have split ankle high in front.... gutted. Not as good as the hype...

I would love to leave a nice review about my order but…I have yet to receive it, with no response from the emails I have sent. But, yay to other people who have received their order.

Quality is very good with some amount of give when dog pulls.

Two Country series shirts ordered as follow-up to earlier Hovingham purchase. Excellent quality. DISAPPOINTED that the Hovingham white is no longer available in 2X and 3X sizes, and hope these will reappear asap.

delivery was great and the quality of the boots fantastic. I bought these for myself at Christmas and just got some for my daughter as she loved them.

Poor quality finishing on boots. They look more like second quality boots.

Lovely goods, easy to navigate website and very fair postage. Only slight grizzle is…..a cardboard box to deliver socks???? Not a gift box hasten to add. Feel a Jiffy bag may be more appropriate.

Ordered 2 coats as wasn’t sure what size I needed, sent the one that was to big back 4 weeks ago and have had no refund and when trying to contact them I’ve had no response

Not worth it: not comfortable to walk in and "broke"/useless after 3 months with no customer support. I've had my pair of their premium ankle wellies for just over 3 months and both have stress "fractured" so they're useless now and no longer waterproof. Obviously a manufacturer's flaw but Customer Service won't respond. I used these 3-4 times/week to walk to the grocery store 20 minutes away. I have not used them excessively or in freezing weather. So, find these to be of very poor quality and not worth the premium Rydale charges. Other than that, I also found them to be very heavy and that they fit quite large so they're uncomfortable to wear anyway. All around, a bad experience. Avoid!

Great quality boots at a reasonable price, would definitely recommend and I will be ordering from this company again
