It was very easy to place an online order. The service was excellent especially as I ordered items literally 2 days before Xmas and only had to pay £3.99 for next day delivery. Superb service.

Utterly useless fulfilment process. Now New Year’s Eve and on my third attempt to get a Christmas present delivered. Initially, the delivery address came up as a strange combination of the billing and delivery addresses I entered, so I rang them up to correct it on the same day. The address was not corrected and not delivered (“lost” by Evri). So I sent them an email with the correct address again and asked them to redeliver. Address STILL wrong and not delivered. Now on the third attempt. Honestly, save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.

I purchased 2 items a belt and a pair of mole skin trousers. The trousers are completely the wrong size I emphasise completely the wrong size as they are so small in the waist but extra long in the leg so not sized correctly at all. The belt was fine and good quality so no complaint there. Sadly having returned my item the day after receiving it I am still waiting for my refund.

Arrived very timeously. A Christmas present for my hubbie and he absolutely loved it. Leather piping around neck and cuff and a lovely swade insert under the collar. Great quality. Probably no the only one here will own!

I Purchased some boots for my daughter for Christmas, they arrived super quick but unfortunately they were too big and I’d chosen the wrong finish. Anyway I was able to exchange them for a smaller size and this time get the correct colour and the whole process was easy! They also arrived before Christmas, so my daughter is very happy, as am I. I once bought a coat like this from your company but it was too big and so I gave it away but I so loved the coat, I could not wait for it to come back in my size and so when it did, I seized the opportunity and bought it. I am enjoying, wearing it and with the weather at the moment it seems appropriate, however the older version felt much warmer. I feel as if the inner layer might have been slightly thicker. This new version seems much lighter in material, I could be wrong, however I love the style and the colour. There is a copycat company selling those type of coats and I bought one but it doesn't have the quality that Rydale produces and so I had to purchase another one from Rydale.

Item never arrived but was fully refunded.

Has not arrived and tracking has been stuck four days without change. May be the holidays as my last experience was exceptional UPDATE: The USPS did not update regularly. The order was delayed in customs due to excessive holiday traffic. As previously experience Rydale was exceptional with all matters within its responsibilities.

Great product, the coats are great for keeping the worst of the weather off my dogs coats, they are easy to put on and take off and wash and dry well.
