Order a fleece lined shirt. Arrived super quick. It was too big so returned and replaced with smaller size. Fits like a dream is super warm. Favorite shirt now. All this was done with lightning speed.

Excellent quality items but sizing is way off.I returned one top that I bought already a size bigger than required as I wanted it loose and reordered x2 sizes bigger but still way too small. Same with both pairs of jodpurs. Such a shame as lovely items and fast delivery.

A WARNING to all that this company fail to REFUND returned goods in a reasonable manner. Return on order 2418259 arrived back with them 29th, November -a week ago. Tracking XF792716805GB Despite this there is no sign of my £75.98 refund. Wholly UNACCEPTABLE. Edit: Refund not appeared after giving them 5 working days so have escalated with PayPal. ** Also might add that they use Evri as couriers who are exceptionally inadequate and slow at delivering **

I have bought adult/human 😊 Rydale fleeces before; extremely happy. On the strength of this experience, I ordered a fleece jacket for our elderly Lab. to keep her warm in the winter. I was not sure about sizing, as she was midway between the L size and the XL. I asked Rydale’s advice and they thought the L would be OK. It is a bit small/tight, especially around her shoulders and quite difficult to manhandled her into it. She has arthritis in her paws, so feeding her paws through the leg holes is not easy. As she has worn it outside now, on a very cold day, it is too late to send it back.
