Purchased a Men's Chunky Shooting Jumper - Danby. Good service and quick delivery . The jumper is really warm and comfortable , far superior quality to other jumpers I have purchased . So good in fact I purchased another one as a spare. Highly recommend .

Delivery was quick Jodphurs come up VERY small, I wear a size 8, and they’re normally on the baggier side, these are skin tight and leave me with a muffin top belly. I’d return but lost the bag 🤦🏼‍♀️

Gutted that customer service weren’t bothered enough to keep their customer happy, so I’ve requested a refund. Sadly it seems Evri let us both down, as my order has “gone missing” and customer service had no haste in correcting the problem, and simply had me wait for shipping 3-5 days as standard, even though I’ve been waiting a week already. Shame really, as the customer service of a company really is the heart of the company, and with no good service, there’s no chance for such a company to survive these difficult times for small businesses. Looking at the most recent 1 star reviews, it seems fitting. Also, didn’t even refund my shipping even though I never got the package and the shipment never appeared to leave their facility. Imagine, they’ve charged me as a customer for their poor logistics partner!! Wow, not good customer service at all

Oh dear another unhappy customer...I was advised that due to a problem with their system the item of clothing I ordered and was awaiting delivery was actually out of stock with no alternative offered. They will however refund? After reading the other comments and if the refund arrives I think never using Rydale again will be the best option.

I have had to return my order for my boots they came in 2 different sizes slim fit an reg. I'm disappointed this has happened as never used this brand before an was looking forwards for a new pair for the snow an wet weather wee have. still waiting on refund.

This is a review for the Yorkshire Trading Company... the link has taken me here so I assume "Rydale Clothing" is part of the same company?! Some fantastic deals on their site with many items much cheaper than anywhere I've found. Quick delivery and the fastest customer service of any company I've used! I had a few items damaged in transit and their reply some how came back in under a minute asking me to list the items so they could send replacements! The packing could have been done a bit more carefully as I ordered £300 worth of stuff and they put way too much in one box with no packing materials. The website has recently been dramatically improved but still the filters don't work exactly as you'd expect. Only other minor gripe is that when ordering multiple of "assorted" items they usually send duplicates instead of one of each as some other places do.

Appalling customer service. Placed numerous orders recently. One larger order arrived in a flimsy box which was open with items missing and I’ve been overcharged as well. Despite numerous emails they still haven’t responded and sorted it out for me! Since when do customer service have no access to customer service emails! Currently still waiting and having to chase yet again today. I wonder if customer service is actually a bot as can’t get through on the phone !!
