Disgraceful support. Back and forth via messages and attempted phone calls. No refund recieved. This company used a courier who dumped a chain and sprocket on my drive (in full public view) when nobody was in. I raised a case via ebay, which was rejected for some stupid reason. I missed a weekends riding due to this and having to raise a charge back via barclaycard I will never use this company again and I am considering back charging them for my time to sort out their mess. Ufo freestyle/md racing products on eBay. The response from MD racing products below is also a lie; I have never provided a 'safe place' disclaimer for any courier! Ever! So this is an attempt from them to make me look stupid when infact it is not me that is incompetent .

On the 8th November I ordered a plastics kit from MD Racing Products on Ebay after I was enticed with a special offer, delivery was advertised within a few days. I received a message via Ebay on the 11th Nov stating they were awaiting stock for the side panels and there would be a two week delay. Their Ebay advert had been deliberately misleading. I agreed to wait the two weeks and asked for MD Racing to keep me updated. I received the rest of the kit a few days later. On the 26th Nov I enquired as to when I could receive the missing parts as I had not heard from MD Racing as requested. I was advised it would be another two weeks wait. I asked if could they not source the parts from elsewhere. The response I received was a blunt 'we are the UK importer and waiting for them to ship.' I also noticed MD Racing are still listing the same set of plastics on Ebay for sale (15 sets available apparently) for delivery in a few days thereby still misleading the market place. I emailed them directly on the 30th Nov requesting a part refund to cover the cost of sourcing the parts elsewhere - no response! Having read more reviews it appears this is a common tactic employed by MD Racing Products to scam customers. I will never use this company again. MD Racing Products are in breach of contract law and The consumer protection from unfair trading regulations (illegal advertising). I'm now in the process of referring them to Trading Standards in Somerset, referring them to the Ebay Trust & Safety Team and looking to claim via the small claims court.

I have been using Maxima 927 castor/synthetic oil for a while. A friend recommended Silkolene Pro KR2 Castor Ester Synthetic 2T Karting Engine Oil as it was as good, if not better and also much cheaper, nearly £10 per Litre! I looked online and found a supplier, mdracingproducts.co.uk and ordered a litre to try. The product arrived very quickly and I was soon able to try it out. This is now my new go to engine oil and MD Racing Products my supplier. A very happy customer!
