I had a wonderful coaching session with Eric Mech. I so appreciated his patience with technical difficulties and finding a work around. LinkedIn is filled with people ready to sell you pretty much anything, and they will generally promise the moon to do it. From my first interactions with The Purpose Company they have been the opposite of that vibe. Within Purpose Mastery they discuss the concept of 'ethical selling' and they take that to heart in their own work. I have joined both the Purpose Mastery & Speaker Camp, and both have been more valuable than I could have thought. Probably the most valuable aspects for me have been the community aspects of programs. Group calls & the in person 'camp' are great places to find people that are doing the same 'weird' thing - building a business. In every day life it's weird, but in those rooms it's normal - which is life giving at a time that is exciting, but also hard. Of all the programs I have looked at, the most unusual aspect is the ongoing access to group coaching and individual coaching. Most programs seems to have a 3 or 6 month "clock" and then you don't have access anymore. The ongoing access has been super beneficial to me. It's the difference between the community they are building and not just a transaction they are processing.

A fellow professional colleague recommended the program. She raved and I thought it was too good to be true. She was right! Rob was helpful in explaining and onboarding. After a week, I knew the program was better than any other program I’ve ever wasted money on. The coaches actually are assessable. Eric was my coach who helped with mindset.
