Up until joining the Purpose Company, I always knew there was something in me that had yet to make its way to the surface. It's a humble-brag, but Pre-Purpose Co. people would often say "Joseph I can't wait to see you on a TED stage!" and while it felt good to hear the affirmation, those affirmations fell on a dysfunctional foundation of self-doubt, negative self-talk, and broken childhood dreams. That's all my ideas felt like, unattainable dreams for someone else to achieve. I often thought to myself "If I can just inspire someone enough to actually do something about what we're talking about, I can say that I played a part in changing the world." The Purpose Company has changed everything. I'm now personally invested in a roadmap that has guideposts EVERYWHERE to keep me on the path of my purpose. Not only do I feel like my own personal purpose has emerged as a part of this process, but I'm also more fulfilled than I've ever been because of the resonance, motivation, and forward momentum that I'm seeing in the people I'm working with! Finding my purpose could have happened by accident, but it would have been a whole lot more painful. These days, I'm learning to be intentional about taking measured steps towards bringing in a financial benefit all while feeling like I haven't worked a day for 6 months! I stumbled upon this course because I have been sitting on the sidelines of my career for some time. Too scared to take my business to the next level. Not sure what direction to take it so I didn’t know where to go. This course has been truly life changing for me. Truly. It has given me clarity into my next business move, gives me ongoing support on how to execute, while also bringing a lot of closure to things that have been haunting me for some time. Very grateful for this course. The best part is that we get ongoing support after we’ve built our next business but don’t know how to function in it yet. It’s like on the job training support but you already paid for it when doing the course. And, let’s be real, you can’t replace execution support. It’s essential. It’s the way to succeed faster and also not get disillusioned and quit. Together, we go far.
