To be able to sure the refund web addresses and screenshots had to be downloaded as proof of confirmation. Although not difficult once I had attached them to the application form I could not see if they had all attached which was my only concern. Otherwise the application was approved in a matter of days and the money was back in my account within the week.

Then had an email later that day saying it was a system error and was actually still being looked at. Then told it was rejected due to not fitting the correct criteria for a refund. There is not flexibility in the decisions made.
