This was an extremely efficient refund process, with the money being in my bank within the time frame given. The only downfall was that I didn't receive an email saying that my claim had been successful so I didn't realise the money was in my bank until I got the 'how did we do email'.

Excellent service. One of our 4 ticket holders had an unexpected death in the family right before Christmas. Our tickets were for 1/4/25. When I made the claim I made it for the face value of the 4 tickets, not thinking we would ever get the surcharges covered. Well, to my surprise we received those back as well. The $40 we paid for the insurance was so worth it in our situation. It was easy to make a claim and once the performance took place we had our refund in my account within a week. Very satisfied with the company.

I was asked to provide some information about the reason for needing a refund, submitted it expecting to be asked more questions or for more information, insurance never seems simple, but I didn’t need to provide any more information and my refund payment was in my account 7 days after submitting my claim.
