Was advised to ask Dr's for a letter to confirm when they found out they would charge Secure my booking told me not to bother. Have had zero reply back to my recent emails. I have provided all the information including my drs email address, & confirmation of physio appointments & yet this is still not good enough. Same questions being asked when all they have to do is read the full email with the documents included, feel like i am being stalled to prevent refund. Customer service at present is zero. I will probably get a reply via this way, if so can you process the refund please.
