A fast efficient service. Easy to apply for with a very quick turnaround (even over the Christmas break). Purchased the ticket insurance thinking I might need it for my Granddaughter as kids are unpredictable. Turned out it was me the insurance was required for. Provided the required written evidence along with my application and could not believe the speed with which I was dealt with. Notification straight away of my request. Then shortly after that notification that my application had been accepted and a refund of our 2 tickets had been paid into my bank account. This wasn't slow either. The payment had gone into my account immediately. Top marks, 10/10 👏🏻A compny to applaud in these times is a rare thing. Thank you!

The process was long-winded, annoying and frustrating. After every document I submitted in support of my claim, your response was to ask for more information. It would have been much more efficient, for you and for me if you had supplied me with a check list of all the documents/evidence you need to honour the refund requested. I was made to feel that I was attempting to make an fake claim.

The process was easy to follow and only took just over a week to get the assessment completed. Note, you will need confirmation from a doctor if the issue is health related, via a form.

Good level of service and easy form to complete and I was reimbursed for my unused theatre ticket very quickly. It is definitely worth buying the insurance when paying for theatre tickets.
