Not been able to see a GP and she was not fit to travel so I thought I would make a claim, only to find I need to provide medical evidence, I am very disappointed as our word is not good enough, doctors don't want you visiting the surgery, just told to take paracetamol and drink plenty of fluid. Will not pay out again for insurance, waste of time.
