Quay Tickets and Secure My Booking need to sort themselves out and provide a seamless service. Secure My Booking eventually provided an example of a 'VAT receipt' needed and only then did Quay Tickets provided it.

United States | 04 January 2025I filled out the request online and submitted documentation. Still had to email again documentation communication turnaround time is horrible takes too long. It’s been past the timeframe and I still don’t have my refund. The last email I received on the 24th Dev. stated the refund was done and allow 5 to 7 working days. It’s been seven business days and I still do not have my refund.
