Refund necessary because of illness. I think the insurance should be honest on what it covers before sold. It is very basic.

The agent from whom I purchased the event tickets and the insurance was unable to provide information required by Secure My Booking. I find this mystifying. Quay Tickets and Secure My Booking need to sort themselves out and provide a seamless service. Secure My Booking eventually provided an example of a 'VAT receipt' needed and only then did Quay Tickets provided it.

I filled out the request online and submitted documentation. Still had to email again documentation communication turnaround time is horrible takes too long. It’s been past the timeframe and I still don’t have my refund. The last email I received on the 24th Dev. stated the refund was done and allow 5 to 7 working days. It’s been seven business days and I still do not have my refund.

Glad I took out ticket protection. I applied for a ticket refund for the polar express as due to my grandson being ill we were unable to go. Everything went through quickly and easily

I'm so glad I bought tickets protection as I was unexpectedly taken to hospital and couldn't attend a new Year's Eve concert we had booked. The form was relatively straightforward to complete and my full refund - including booking fee- was in my bank account within 3 working days. I will purchase again.
