Second time I have used Nationwide Vehicle Contracts and having dealt with other Lease companies - I can confirm they are streets ahead. The website is easy to navigate and you can tailor your deal to suit your milage, term, initial rental and budget. Loud shout out to both Sam on sales and Jamie on insurance - very professional, courteous and easy to contact.

Received call on delivery date to say car not coming due to damage - zero help given and very dismissive. Continuously had to chase for updates. New delivery date set for 3 weeks later and again cancelled at very short notice - again no concern at me being left with no vehicle. Failed to take any responsibility or accountability or provide any solutions. Would never use Nationwide again - still battling to get answers & a solution to now having no car!!!!!

Have been using Nationwide for 6 years now. Have just leased my 3rd vehicle and this latest experience with them has been the best yet. Lauren Reynolds was super friendly and efficient. Everything was arranged quickly and my new car is arriving in a couple of days! Cannot fault the customer service at all.

Charlotte Croly communicated well, but Nationwide has too many partner companies that don’t seem to sulk to each other. Still the cheapest leasing company in the UK though.

Great service as usual. This is the third time I have leased through NVC and wouldn’t go anywhere else. New car arrived early, but wasn’t sure what to do with my existing car, NVC explained about early termination on my current car. Great service, always helpful and easy to get to speak to a representative. Will be going back in 3 years time !!
