I ordered quantity TWO EACH of a water feeder and thermocouple. I received QUANITY ONE of each, and the contact person in CA was completely unreachable, with a voice mailbox that was full, and never answered. Luckily, I reached JOSEPH in KY who fixed it, but really, how hard is it to know the difference between ONE and TWO?

I called and emailed many times to have a return process to no avail. This company needs major work on the customer side of the business. Their sole focus is sales but on service after sales. Very dissatisfied.

Horrible, tried unsuccessfully contacting them to return purchased item. Still unable to talk to a person and my return window just closed. Guess their strategy is no contact in hopes of running out the return window. It worked but you will not receive any future business from us.
