The Bose system lifestyle 650 I purchased was considerably cheaper than competitors. I live in Italy and delivery took four days delivery from the UK. Highly r ecomended company to deal with.

Prompt delivery and no physical damage. Sent a technical query to Exceptional AV contact email after delivery but received no acknowledgement or reply to query. Self resolved problem in the end so Denon AV receiver now up and running satisfactorily.

Bought the Bose 700 sounder from Exceptional AV, all I can say is wow! The unit is amazing. Even ordinary TV sounds amazing. Waiting to find a good film to try out!! Now looking at the base unit! Service from Exception AV was also amazing, payed for the next day delivery and well worth it to get it sooner, glad I did! Price was so good compared to other retailers, don't know how they do it!!
