Quick delivery.......

Ordered a pair of Bose 201 speakers with wall brackets to match my current ones, upon arrival speakers were of exceptional quality and ready to go however the brackets were missing. Upon contact with the owner was assured that they would be delivered in a day or two as they were dispatched separately which duly happened. Only criticism is lack of communication otherwise service was excellent.

Good price on my computer sound system which arrived promptly and in good condition

Gave 1 star because I can't give zero. Ordered speakers and payment taken then received e-mail stating no longer in stock but can buy alternative at higher price. Declined offer and still waiting for refund. One week later no refund and same speakers still on sale. If they don't have the speakers why are they still offering them?

Very happy to add to the 5 star reviews given my very recent experience. My first choice of speaker proved unavailable but was offered a bogglingly brilliant upgrade that really was too good to refuse. All contact over phone and email was helpful and just to really impress what was supposed to be a 3 day delivery came next day, safely delivered by DPD. Exceptional AV seem so friendly and while they stock a relatively limited range of hi-fi makes they do offer these at really competitive prices. Unpretentious and knowledgeable in giving advice makes for a very pleasant way to buy.

Ordered an end if line product that was sold out, so they emailed me and upgraded me to the newer model without cost. Service was immediate and product delivered next day. Excellent service start to finish
