Delivery on time. However, speaker boxes damaged in transit, but OK inside fortunately. The cable bundle was a disappointment. Insufficient speaker cable length for the 7.1 surround speakers. Too short even for 5.1 and I was installing short distance in a bedroom! But the most disappointment was with the single co-axial cable, ... there was a break in it and no connection could be made between my AV and the sub woofer. On reflection this was of as little consequence as sparrow tears as the sound produced by the Denon AVR-X3500H receiver and the Q Acoustics 3500i floor standers, 3020i surround and 3010i rears are far better that of my old Onkyo TX-SR875 and Dali Icon 6 5.1 system in the lounge.

I called as I hadn’t received my email notification re delivery. Email sent to me immediately with a direct number and name of staff member if any problems, excellent customer service all round and item received as expected and a very competitive price. I’ll use again if prices remain competitive.

Great advice over the phone and really cared about making sure we understood what was the right product for us. We ordered a speaker package and amplifier. We had a parcel go astray from the couriers, which can happen - but they did all they could to make sure that it was no drama. You can get through on the phoe to speak to some one who knows what is goign on and has the power to change things. Really big thank you for all your help. Very happy with the setup.
