Was a little concerned about ordering on the net but to you all do not worry these people are ok with good communication and very fast delivery top marks from me.

I most definitely do NOT recommend this company. Left me £45 down when they botched an express delivery. Bunch of unfunny comedians!

Quick delivery, well priced and good aftercare... The only thing that puts me off giving them a full 5 stars is that they do not offer extended cover on the AVR's, but would definitely recommend.

I was unlucky enough to order my speakers just as they went out of stock and the manufacturer ceased making them. Exceptional AV contacted me by phone, apologised, and offered one of the new range, with a really generous discount. I hadn't listened to these and was a bit cautious, but I was assured there would be no issue over returning them if necessary, so I took a chance. Really pleased I did. Speakers arrived soon after we spoke. Great service. Polite and professional attitude that turned around what could have been a big disappointment.

Truly exceptional service. The speakers I wanted were no longer in stock and were superceded. Excep AV offered me a fantastic deal on the newer version of Dali speakers. Very impressed!
