I had a small problem to begin with, I bought speakers from an open box sale but once my payment was taken I was told the speakers had already been sold to someone else. Exceptional AV then sent me a brand new pair of speakers for the same price. £60 less than the cheapest I could find on the internet. Live chat is a dream to use. Buy with confidence.

Terrible service not a real shop as everything is sent from another provider and still haven’t had one of the items nor a refund for it. Customer service sucks, they can’t follow simple and reasonable instructions and all in all no one should ever shop here ever
