Good communication. Ordered a product that wasn't in stock and Exceptional AV gave me an approximate time frame for delivery. They also gave me the option to either wait or cancel my order. Happy with my purchase and their correspondence.

The best way to judge a company is when after 13 months you have a problem . Exceptional AV had my Dennon hi hfi collected repaired and returned fuss free . Great service . I bought a new set of Acoustics 3020I speakers on there advice > they were spot on Ian Rendall Frome

PRODUCT WAS AS DESCRIBED AND WELL PACKAGED. UNFORTUNATELY THERE WAS SOME DELAY BETWEEN THE ORDERING AND THE RECEIPT OF ITEM. HOWEVER UPON NOTIFYING THE COMPANY THEY ACTED PROMPTLY TO RESOLVE THE MATTER, SO I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

I ordered speakers that turned out to be unavailable. I was given information on similiar great quality speakers. I was also given a reduced price for the inconvenience. I was so impressed with the excellent customer service as it can be very rare these days. I can't recommend this company highly enough. Also the recommended speakers are amazing! Very, very happy.

I have just taken delivery of my DALI C-8 D Subwoofer. I thought I had a great system in place (Already have the Denon amp from Exceptional AV) but now its taken on a whole new life. Its excellent. I spent a long time last night changing from one film to another just to hear the difference that the Subwoofer makes...then I went through some music BluRays...these sounded like I had never listened to them before. What a great purchase.

Exceptional by name, exceptional service. I ordered a TEAC hi-fi unit and opted for regular delivery. It arrived the next day ! I've been using it for at least a month and it does exactly what I want - copies cassettes and vinyl onto CDs. Very satisfied. Oh, and the price was the best that I found on-line too !
