I bought a pair of "open box" speakers. They ere the best price I could find anywhere by around £50. Ordered and they arrived fairly quickly. Upon opening the box they looked perfect and I could find no evidence they had been used or opened before. Great price and service.

A 7 week wait for my purchase was not appreciated and I felt this should have been made clear at the outset particularly when payment was taken from my account immediately. Will not be using this company's services again. In reply to your response, you contacted me once to say that there would be a 2 week delay which was acceptable and thereafter any contact was done by myself to ask where the order was.

When I pointed out to Exceptional AV that the Onkyo AV Amp that I purchased as part of a surrounded sound system had only three full range hdmi ports but was advertised as having seven , they flatly refused to admit this mistake on their website.

Good personal service. When it transpired that the speakers I ordered were no longer available, I got a phone call informing me and an offer of a superior pair at a significantly reduced price. I was also advised that there could be a delay with delivery as they had to be ordered. Within a week or two the quality speakers arrived and I'm delighted with them.
