Great mask, wonderful tree planting initiative

I don’t think we’ll get masks from anywhere else.. they really are amazing masks that keep you safe… This company makes comfy breathable masks and has excellent customer service to go with it.

We've bought about a dozen of these masks as a family, but nevertheless I feel very conflicted about them. I'm convinced that in terms of their performance they're brilliant (or at least I hope so), but we've had several things go wrong with them. On 3 of them the valve no longer works, so the inside of the mask gets wet with condensation, which is really uncomfortable. Then yesterday the bit of elastic that you tighten to make the mask fit around the face broke. The other problem is that I find the ear straps REALLY uncomfortable. However, having said all that, I still use them because I think they're probably the best masks around when it comes to filtering out Covid.

I recently left a negative review because I was unhappy to realise, on receiving my masks, that they were assembled in China. Cambridge contacted me and arranged a refund. This was not what I was concerned about. I don’t want to be misled into buying something which puts out information on the website about being a British product only to find out the masks have travelled thousands miles to be assembled in China, then sent thousands of miles back. Cambridge Masks were very keen for me to revisit my review. They were very polite and prompt with their response and gave me a refund. I am still unhappy that the masks are assembled in China and they have NOT told me that they intend to change to assembling in the UK. If they change their minds about sending stuff around the world to save money, I’ll change mine and give them a good review.

Cambridge Mask's customer service is impressive. However, I missed the mark measuring my face to fit the mask and received two masks that were the wrong size, due to my own measuring. A more general recommendation would have gotten me to the correct size, to begin with. My recommendation if you are waffling over which size go with the larger one the straps are adjustable but the medium straps were too small. So I had two masks that I could not use and they were fairly pricey. Customer service worked with me to get the proper size and I love the mask. I am not contagious but I must protect myself from infection. The valve mask makes wearing a mask full time quite a bit better than any other mask.

I stupidly ordered the wrong size mask, the support staff are extremely helpful and polite (thank you Tania and Edy!). I was able to get a free replacement mask dispatched straight away with a small fee, and was also able to gift the smaller masks away to a loved one or somebody who needs it. So very polite and understanding, very quick responses too! Thanks again!

Comfortable and reassuring

I ordered an Adult large and it’s still a little tight. They are all so hot on your face.

Great masks. They have helped to protect me from COVID throughout the entire pandemic and also help me reduce sensitivity to scents as I have mast cell disease. Comfortable to wear and I love the patterns. Will keep buying them!

Did not see size of mask / weight of wearer chart and ordered 2 medium masks for wife and me. Mine was too tight - so had to reorder another for me. Saw chart when reordering.

Ordering my Cambridge mask was very straight forward, and my request for an urgent delivery was not a problem, receiving my mask the following day. I felt very protected wearing it for a theatre and cinema visit, plus it’s also very easy to wash and dry.

Excellent communications, order management and very speedy delivery. The masks are very comfortable to wear on a journey which took about 8 hours altogether. Felt much .ore comfortable and protected than any other mask I had used.

Great quality mask and delivered quickly. Perhaps better if the packaging was less wasteful, smart as it is. I'll be using the mask for flights soon so will be able to give a more detailed review soon. So far, so good....

The product is great, but the size chart could be improved as it is smaller than it looks.

Cambridge Mask Company masks are the only masks I trust to protect my family. Whereas I'm drawn to the masks' filtering abilities and durability given the pandemic and my kids' allergies, the kids favor the multitude of colors and designs.
