I had a great experience learning move about my vacation package and booking with Liv and Liz. They were both helpful and informative.

The one time fee on top of the original charge was not expected but necessary to secure a reasonable accommodation.

Liz was great. She didn't even need much from me and gave me several choices of places to stay.

While searching for a hotel room online, I was sent to a webpage with $99 hotel package deals. Only after I paid for my room, did I receive notification that the rate was for a "vacation club" presentation. If I canceled, I would have to pay $300.00. I was Ubered to the presentation and everything was fine. The staff were nice and accommodating, great vibe and atmosphere, but once I chose not to buy in - they became rude and told me that I would have to find my own way back to the hotel that I was picked up from (no Uber back). So I walked an hour to my hotel. I couldn't call an Uber because my cellphone was dead. Only after posting this review, was I emailed the previously promised $50.00 AE e-gift card. A VacationOffer.com representative called me several times asking me to change my review in exchange for another $50 gift card and week-long vacation package. After toning down my previous review ... crickets. I have not heard, much less received anything from them since then. This is the culture at VacationOffer.com ... mislead, lie to, and trick the customer. That's been my experience anyway. Do not allow them to push you into buying into their fantasy. A lovely hotel but $24 per day for parking, a beautiful looking pool but the water was very cold to swim in it so it should be heated & no free breakfast & their fridge didn’t have a freezer & nothing to cook food with & no utensils!

it is like a scam, charged us but not reserve hotel for me on time. end up have to pay double paid hotel fee. and also charged $500 presentation fee where we even not live the hotel they reserved for me later. Very disappointment and bad experience

The lady that helped me with getting this hotel at an important date for myself, was so polite so cheerful to talk with it was a joy a complete joy. I’m glad that I chose this site and I will choose from now on many times. Thank you.

100% Scam! They say you get a free stay but when you go to book your hotel you have to pay market rates for that hotel. It's cheaper just to book online and get a deal. All lies!!!! They said my refund will be 5-7 days but it's been 2 weeks and still haven't refunded me. Stay Awayyyyyyyy!!!!!!! Big SCAM!!!!!!!!

You can file a complaint with Cedar City Police department, US Department of Commerce, US Department of Transportation. Vacationoffer.com is an absolute SCAM. DO NOT give them your credit card information. They lure you in with excellent offers too good to be true. They take your information your credit card information. Then when you want to complete the transaction, they say you have to come to a 90 minute presentation And you must accept and when you accept in the details, it says if you do not qualify, we will charge you $500. I try to call them back after they put me on hold for a long time. They told me that they cannot refund and they can only give me an E credit which is going to be putting me in the same situation. so my only option is to dispute it and then Small Claim Court which I will do. again it’s a scam company. Do not give them your credit card information.

I tried to do the tour to activate my account only to be denied for not enough income but I had enough to take my 249 since I don't qualify I want a refund

Everything dirty, employees rude, blood on bed skirt, refrigerator door broken, no battery hanging off wall with no battery. One towel each. No wash cloth , no ice, bucket. Awful night and we left early next morning.
