She was amazing and talked to me about all my options and how to make it work. Also informed me on the best time line to book. Two weeks later I called to book my first hotel stay and worked with Carris. She was also super amazing!! Worked with me on the phone for an hour comparing different hotels and answering all my questions until we found the perfect one for our need. I cant thank Sara and Carris enough for my first experiences with the company

United States | 15 November 2024Very scammy. They have called me multiple times per week for the past month. I have answered a few times and listen to what they have to say. They usually hang up on me when I start asking questions. Today I answered and the guy was much nicer and upbeat than the previous callers and as usual, wanted me to use my unused travel credits from a package I bought before the pandemic and never used. He promised not to hang up on me. This guy had good presentation skills but was offering packages that were too good to be true. (over $8000 in trips and cruises for $798 with no additional fees) While he had me looking at the vacationoffer.com website I was also googling reviews for vacationoffer.com and found TONS of bad reviews from people who booked and tried to travel through them. The only good reviews were related to customer service reps by name and rating their initial phone experience BEFORE traveling. He was VERY pushy and wanted me to pay immediately. As a test, I told him I didn't have my card with me since I am working so he would have to call me back after lunch, and he got more pushy telling me it was now or NEVER. He proceeded to tell me that he was sorry I was going to miss out on such a wonderful deal because I couldn't pay immediately and that I should be sad. Judging by the reviews, I didn't miss out on much except, unauthorized card charges, hidden and unexpected fees, and lesser accommodations than promised.

United States | 14 November 2024They promised me things that were not true in order for me to sign up but when I arrived the hotel they put me in was horrible with roaches. The day of my scheduled presentation they sent the Uber to the wrong Address. The certificate I received at the end of the presentation was not what I was told and the over the phone customer service is horrible. The in person customer service at the presentation was very good however my overall experience was horrible and disappointing. I would not recommend.
