Nothing available on the gulf coast for my dates. There is a charge for most any hotel room available. Charge for parking at the Grand hotel celebration that you booked for me.

Not happy with the arrangement. Only saw the 1st 3 steps and was not aware that it was a timeshare/ vacation promotion. I don't want to waste 90min. On a presentation that I have no intention of buying or entering into. Also, seeing that the supervisor or manager are unavailable because their phones do not have transferring capability lends itself to being a scam to bring you in. Of course, not happy.

Booking was for a hotel off the strip! If you're going to Vegas, why would you not want to be off the strip? Especially in a cheap-y motel type casino. It was awful. And, the agent didn't even tell me that it was a hotel that's not on the strip!

Olivia and Carris went out of their way to find the accommodations that met our requests. They appeared to be only focused on our vacation vs. rushing us up to get to the next client.

The hotel was amazing @The Virgin hotels and Resort! I also love that they had free parking. I met an amazing lady at the presentation, I took a point off because I was given a ride to the presentation, but was told I had to find way back to the hotel. The gift card that was supposed to be offered afterwards is supposed to be used for a ride back, but was not sent to me until the next morning and was emailed to me. I'm thankful to have had known someone that took me to my hotel because I was an inconvenience can't trust not to ever be without my car again.. I would have like to have physical card because I don't do much online shopping these days plus I could have used it for gas for my long travels to Vegas.

I spoke with 3 people, I think, all of whom were courteous, patient, thorough with information and transparent about what they could and couldnt guarantee about the rooms being booked.

This company has fraudulently charged my card without my consent. This is theft." * "I did not authorize these charges. This is a clear case of fraud." I don't know how they received my card information but they did.. they only have one person answer the phone a lady for this scam and every time you call she change her name but it's the same person ..she going to tell you her name is Emily, Ashley etc but it's the same person

I received a phone call from VacationOffer.com today. They explained all the credits I had available. I was then switched quickly to a new representative. I was very excited about this vacation they were describing. It sounded so perfect. The rep made some comments that made me uncomfortable but I pushed it aside because he sounded older. We got to the end and I let my representative, Tim (he spelled it Thym) Glenon, know that I was needing to grab the card from my husband but I was all in. He said it was a now or never type of deal and so I said “unfortunately, I don’t have the card on me and so if I lose the vacation, I lose it”. He got really hostile and then proceed to scream at me. I hung up because of the nasty things he was saying to me. Don’t trust this company if that’s how they treat their perspective clients I can’t imagine what they do when they have your money.

We loved it we can't wait to use our second go around to go to Vegas next year you guys rock with this thank you

**SCAM Alert** Hey visitors, if you really want to spend your hard earned money, book your hotel from this website. You may find the cheap hotel price here first but they will deduct USD300 from your bank account later on. Therefore I would highly recommend not to book your hotel from this website.

Sheri Elkin, Manager, and Evelyn Santos, Sales Rep MADE THE DIFFERENCE FOR ME. I had pre-made up my mind I was not interested. However, the presentation was very good but once I connected with these two ladies, I felt at ease and confident this is what I wanted and needed. They were honest didn't try to force me in any way. They just told the TRUTH of what VO represented and I am so glad I listened. I am so looking forward to experiencing my trip adventures. To any one who has ever gotten TRAPPED with a Time Share Presentation or talked into purchasing a time Share (me included) it doesn't compare to VO. THIS IS NOT THAT TYPE OF ATMOSPHERE. If you like traveling, nationally or internationally you can't go wrong with Vacation Offer. If you go to Las Vegas please ask for Sheri and Evelyn to be the consultants. They were both WONDERFUL.

After signing up, I was told that I would receive an email and given a phone number to follow up with. That Rep was very rude and nasty and unprofessional. So my thought was, why would I want to book a vacation with this type of rep. They took less than 5 minutes to take my money from my bank, but taking 5 to 7 business days to refund and charging me $10 bucks for the rudeness experience. Not worth your time.
