Absolute SCAM, was promised a 5 day 4 night stay at resorts at several location (From Vegas to the East Coast) Decided to book a stay in St. Petersburg FL. I was told the only property they had available (in November) was Quality Inn Suites at Tropicana Field. There would also be a 179.00 booking fee on top of the $400.00 plus I paid for the deal of a lifetime. So roughly $600.00 to stay at a dump I could buy direct on line for about $280.00...TOTAL SCAM!! 2 weeks later, even though they said they were going to call to resolve...not a peep! TOTAL SCAM

At first I was hesitant about this whole thing and going through VO since I never have before but after speaking to Liz, she clarified a lot that I was questioning and was super helpful! My fiancé and I are super excited for our trip next year!

SCAM ALERT-BUYER BE VERY AWARE! Make sure you get everything in writing. This company has successfully scammed an 80 yo women out of her SS money. A package was purchased online and when she went to book her vacation, she was told that because she was older than 60 yo and didn't have an income of $50,000/yr, she was not qualified to use the vacation package she wanted. This company is getting away with this because they told her that her package was "transferrable". Had she known the stipulations and limitations-she would have NEVER booked anything through this company. No contracts or formal paperwork was ever signed-everything was through e-mail or via phone-she's technically out $800-1000. Info wasn’t clear that you have to attend a 90 minute presentation. Would not allow us to cancel. Only option was to take a credit or pay an additional amount. Frontline workers limited on what they can do. Took screenshots of process that doesn’t list that a 90 minute presentation is required.

This is one of my worse trips to Las Vegas. The offer was really good to let it pass, but for my surprise, the whole thing wasn’t scam. I end up paying more through this Company I really regret it. I went to the review like they asked me and they end up telling me they don’t qualify so they charge me a big difference in top of the hotel in the charging me and big amount I end up paying more here than what I could have the hotel booked through a different website I tried to contact customer service and they basically told me they don’t care. I started dispute with my credit card company and see how this go. I am planning to try to reach the attorney general to file formal complaint. I guess this company for the way they’re conducting business please please do you not, follow for this. Don’t get scammed like me.
