My mistake was taking one of these offers about 6 years ago. I went to Vegas, sat through a presentation, didn’t buy anything, and now they are literally hounding me daily from 8 -10 different vacation travel brokers wanting to extend my unused “free packages” for another $399 booking fee. Free this, free that, they don’t guarantee anything. They get your booking fee and then disappear since their responsibility is done.

The presentation was actually enjoyable, had a few good laughs. Everyone was nice and not in a fake salesman way.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I don't know why we ever agreed to buy a future booking, one that sounded too good to be true, and of course, could never live up to their promise. The rep promised high-end hotels but when you're ready to book, none are available unless you pay a premium for those dates (any dates) OR accept a very low-end alternative. And their low-end alternatives can be booked for less money on Booking.com. FOLLOW-UP!—Trust Pilot forwarded my post to VO, they (VO) responded below, then sent me an email saying my Vacation Offer expired. Actual expiration date is 2026.

What made my wife and my experience nice was the peace and happiness of it being all, it's a blessing to explore the different destination and see amazing sight's.

We arrived for our presentation at the hotel they sent us to. It was the wrong address we had to walk about a block( not a big deal). They waited until 30 minutes before the appointment to call and tell us even though they had 2 weeks. When we got to the appointment, we were notified that they paid for the ride there, but we had to pay for the right back to our hotel. That cost us 30 extra dollars. We sat through. A mini presentation that wasted about 30 minutes. Just to be set in a room for another presentation. The lady started out by saying we are not A. Timeshare, but in her presentation she referenced being a timeshare 4 or 5 times After her presentation, we had to wait for a lady to come. Sit down and talk with us and hassle us about purchasing their package. Even though we had to tell her 50 times we were not interested. I was all already angry that it's a time share. The lady and the thing said that they do not pressure people. They also had 2 people that worked for them. Pretending to be guests and the reason we know this is. They knew just way too much about how the program worked for sitting through it for their first time. After we left, we were promised a $50 gift card. We were told it would be emailed to us. And should only take about an hour to receive it. We have been home now for a week and we still have not received the $50 gift card. So now I'm out $80 because of a taxi. Ride home and the $50 gift card. I was promised I was very upset. And disappointed in this whole setup. Make sure you read the small print on their website. Because if you don't qualify, you will be charged for your hotel room. And make sure you pick a good hotel because in Vegas, there's a lot of crappie hotels. If I could give 0 stars I would. If all of this still doesn't bother you make it worth your time and stay for a week or more.
