I ordered 2 different frames. 1 of the frames came with glass that had a scratch on the inside. I didn't notice until 3 weeks later when I put a certificate in the frame. I emailed to see what they could do and within 36 hours a new frame was delivered and the damaged one collected. Impressed with the quality and especially the after sales service.

I received my frame really quickly and it is excellent quality - so glad I purchased it for our baby pictures. Looks great.

Pleased with the frame but really not happy with the delivery service you use. They didn’t tell me until the day what time they would deliver so I wasn’t in. They said they wouldn’t leave it and would leave a card, they didn’t. I then had to have it re delivered for a day I would be in and then they just turned up when they wanted, luckily someone was in this time. £4.95 for delivery, I would expect to be able to choose my day for that price. Disappointed.

Really impressed with my frame. I got the double frame to display my degree certificate and photo. Firstly the price is brilliant, I have paid much more for a single frame before and the quality of this frame is just as good. The frame was also delivered quickly

High quality frame. Real wood and real glass unlike many other alternatives out there, so looks and feels like a premium product. Also reasonable prices and good shipping
