Care planner is an absolute God send to care agencies. As soon as I signed up, my account manager Alex hit the ground running. I've just finished my first training session on the software and I feel like I have been using it for ages. Alex was very patient with me and even went over the alloted training time without any complaints. I'm glad I settled for the Care planner software.

My query was resolved on time and I saved on time I'd spent trying to workout the solution and the service was professional and non judgemental

Grate piece of software and customer service I had a problem with the system and it had to be taken to the developers it took a few days to fix but the gentleman I was dealing with kept me updated daily and couldn’t apologise enough for the issue. Been using for 2 years and a bit. Definitely the best bit of software I use.

Care Planner is Everything we need!!! We are in the process of implementing Care Planner, it is a really fabulous system that has everything we need. At a glance, we are now able to obtain all the information we need without rifling through bulky physical files.
