We are very pleased with how the Initial training went and how straightforward and easy to use CarePlanner is, and that's thanks to Alex. He explained things very well and really helped us engage with the service. He answered all our questions and we felt very taken care of, so we are generally happy with the service so far.

I was having a admin issue removing some training that i needed to remove from the system. I asked for help via the careplanner support, and my query was answered straight away with the solution to my issue. The careplanner operative was very detailed and concise with his solution which ended up being an easy fix that i was able to do straightaway on my laptop. A great service and i was very happy with the response to my query.

When I had a problem with care planner, they were quick to respond and look into it . The communication was professional and friendly. I was really pleased to know I had back up support for the planner.

All the support staff have been amazing. So helpful, kind, with plenty of patience etc. One outstanding for me is Joseph he has been incredible.
