The training was brilliant as Leanne explained everything explicitly. I learnt more than I had planned to ask. She went through every article step by step that I did not have to ask any questions.

I have just phoned your helpline and spoke with a gentleman called Joseph who was very helpful and patient. I was really panicking having realised I had created an error with permissions. He walked me through fixing the problem, explaining everything calmly and with clear direction while taking time to explain what all the options were. He is a real asset to your organisation.

Having worked with a lot of systems in my previous roles I was not prepared to come across a system that really does out do the rest, CarePlanner have everything covered, we was looked after by Ken who was fantastic at demonstrating in a very professional manner, he answered all our questions of what we expect and he delivered!! We can’t wait to start putting CarePlanner to the test with peace of mind knowing it will do everything we want! Well done CarePlanner excellent system, excellent staff

As any company should look at continuous improvement. I was exploring options to implement call monitoring and eMARs with Lauren (CarePlanner) who was honest in the pros and cons of them both. The great thing is, not just the honesty, but how they are looking to combat the cons in the future.

Juliet has been amazing from start to finish, I've been ridiculously busy over the December/January period but she has been patient and incredibly friendly/kind making sure to find a time that suits me to book me in for the demonstration. I'm writing this before I've even had the demonstration because I'm so impressed with her level of customer service that I feel she alone also deserves the recognition (which I'm hoping she receives). It's not often you find someone who truly cares enough to spend time talking with you, not only about the services Care Planner provide but also in general. I've had such a brilliant conversation with Juliet this morning and it's really put a smile on my face and already brightened my week up.
