They had exactly what i was looking for although i was dubious as it seemed very cheap but i ordered anyway. I ordered around 3 pm and had the items next morning by 11am. I ordered from DQT as they offered free first class post delivery. The tie was a bargain at £6.99. I ordered it on Wednesday afternoon and it came in Friday's post. Well impressed, would definitely use again.

Refund sorted within a week, 2nd ordered arrived within a couple of days. No problems at all, very happy with the quality and the dispatch times.

United Kingdom | 26 February 2016Made a purchase online, DQT charged me twice, identical transactions one after each other - not my fault - didn't get sent twice order, they simply overcharged me. Tried to resolve with them once I discovered the theft, they (Lora) was absoultly useless, wasted far too long on the "Chat" trying to resolve. Luckily I paid by a credit card so phoned my provided who reversed the second payment taken. They promised to contact me (they had my email, mobile and address) to address the problem but didn't bother. Don't trust them. If you must by from them use a CREDIT not DEBIT card for the added protection that provides you when your payment is taken twice!

Still waiting :(

I had to request to return then and fill in a form, then got questioned by email 2 days later why I wanted to return, then had to follow some long process of printing the email for authorisation and sending the packet back. I would use other companies first in future just because of return process. When you are buying something online the process should be made as simple as possible for the Customer! Take a look at my tuxedo's process. much more efficient.

United Kingdom | 03 September 2013We purchased a fair amount of gear from DQT waistcoats, handkerchiefs and cravats, the pre-sales communication was excellent however after we received the order one of the wait cost buttons was missing thus making it useless. We contacted DQT to tell them we want to return this for a refund (and yes this was well within the 7 days return policy!) We were told to simply to use the spare buttons which are supplied with most garments these days and sew it on ourselves. Surely this cannot be correct as the spare button is meant to be used after a button eventually falls of by 'wear and tear'. DQT kept on refusing to do anything about it, and they wanted us to return this faulty waistcoat at our own cost. To date we never got our refund or a refund on the cost it had sent us to return this waistcoat to them. Reported to trading standards, whom have requested further information about this, and we certainly wont be using DQT again. Just to add.. We ordered Burgundy Cravats and Handkerchiefs, the color was nowhere near Burgundy it was more like a bright red! DQT blamed all our of computer screens and mobile phones claiming that they was not displaying the color properly and their picture was 100% correct. I have noticed that other people have complained about the color issue too! DQT told us it was only us guys who have ever complained about this.This was told my a customer service rep called [name], who was very rude, uncooperative and was clearly not willing to help.

United Kingdom | 03 September 2013I like how easy it was to choose combinations of tie/accessory, and the massive choice of colours. My only suggestion for improvement would be that some of the ties we got were exactly as expected but some were quite different from the colour shown in the website (turquoise, mulberry) - I wonder if the colour in the photos could be improved to more accurately match the material.
