DQT are great, quick service, order sent out and received very quickly - easy to use. Great products too. However - when an incorrect order is sent out - I didn't think DQT were to flexible or accommodating or efficient. I received the wront colour ties which were ordered for a funeral, when I contacted DQT to say I required an immediate replacement I was asked for a photo which I couldn't provide because I was at work and the ties at home. By the time this was all sorted the ties were sent to my work and arrive on the day of the funeral and there was no way for me to collect. Anway - all this could have been sorted out if 1) they acted quickly to resend the correct order as initially requested instead of sticking to their return protocol and 2) could have been sent to home address if emails were promptly answered or (even better) if I could have spoken to someone. That said I would recommend to a friend. Thanks

DQT had a good range of ties to pick from for all occasions. Once ordered it was dispatched and delivered very quickly. Also their facebook page allows good opportunities to get a bargin (I won a free tie and handkerchief!)
