Everything worked like a perfect clock. The guide and driver were exactly as we had wished. They were there when we wanted them and seemed to vanish when we preferred to be on our own. The guide was well versed in the history and highlights of Montreal. His courteous manner was most appreciated. The selection of The Ritz Carlton for our stay was right on the mark. I worked with Entree Alaska for my clients' last minute trip to Alaska. Throughout the process they were knowledgeable, courteous, and kind. Despite the pressures of a very busy travel year after the stresses of the pandemic cancellations, they remained unflappable and helped me with several issues that arose during the trip due to no fault of their own. Their relationships with luxury lodges and providers coupled with their pristine customer service and their very obvious love of the destination made them a wonderful partner.

Great service but costs are too expensive to be NET rates. Normally our dmc give us far better prices on hotels so we can add our markup.. but here the final cost for our client with a 10% mkup was quite above the rack rate. It is better to book it directly through the hotel and they commission 10%

Gwen was wonderful! Considering how slammed everyone was, her response times were wonderful and she stayed kind and happy and never told me she was too busy! Very refreshing!

Excellent prepared itinerary and perfect coordination of details. Only problem: One of the driver's was not vaccinated and did not wear a mask or shield. Clients refused to go in the car with him. Entre solved the problem.

Because of Covid ny clients were not able to take a cruise to Alaska..Entree Alaska was able to put together an amazing 2work private tour for them. Gwen and Andrea were unbelievable helpful, and held my hand and updated me every step of the way. I will definitely come back to them for any future booking I have for either Alaska or Canada. Entree Alaska took care of my last minute VIP clients (a couple) celebrating a big birthday in Alaska. Their guides were "awesome," allowing them to have such memorable moments in Alaska.
