My order was received (Ayla may size 9) and I sent them back for an exchange size asking for a size 8.5 in a larger box that also had the new brown pace leather shoe that I was asking for a refund. Clark’s refunded the brown pace shoe but you. My repeated calls Clark says they never got the Ayla May shoe returned. Strange since both shoes were in the same box in their original boxes. Now what? Clark says there’s nothing they can do. I purchase shoes from Clark’s too often to be treated like this. It’s awful

I ordered shoes and boots. I wear a size 7, have a narrow foot, and a very high instep. I've also had no problems with thr fit and comfortability of Clark shoes until now. Both of the pairs I ordered could not even get onto my feet.

Clarks UK sent me this link if I wanted to write a review, i dont usually write reviews but I was so disappointed. I Alway shopped at Clark’s for my children, in store and online UK. Bought 2 pairs in October, returned them for an exchange. Received the exchange. However size was still wrong , sent back one pair for refund and the second pair for another exchange. Never received the exchange item, wasted time on several phone calls and emails , had to explain the situation again and again. Took 2 months for them to resolve the matter. They even charged me £3.50 postage for a £100 purchase .

I've been buying Clark's shoes for years. I found this pair on their website and on sale. Unfortunately, they are so uncomfortable (rigid, etc.) and after wearing them for only a few hours developed a sore on the back of my foot that hurt for days. I will not be able to wear these shoes!

What’s disappointing about purchasing these shoes.? I requested these shoes to be in wide. However, they feel like a normal shoe. I don’t know if they’re why doesn’t truly come in a wide or did they send the wrong shoe? What I’m concerned is they have really nice shoes and I wasn’t able to keep the ones that I purchased. I was extremely disappointed. Not a happy customer.

Purchased slippers for my wife. These are her third pair. She loves them. They are true to size, warm and comfortable.A pair lasts her about 3 years.

Clarks has some of the best customer service around: returning in store is so easy and the sales people are so accommodating. I was in and out returning a pair that didn’t fit and making a replacement order in 8 minutes. Always love doing business with them, their shoes are excellent and the online sales can give you a great deal as well.

I purchased these a gift for my boyfriend who loves Clarks (He is from Jamaica). So I am familiar with the quality and Style. My packages arrived quickly. I had some difficulty with the promo code and after speaking with a representative, the issue was quickly resolved and my discount refunded quickly. The only issue was the hold time was quite long. 45 min+.

Nice shoes, I wish I could have done an exchange to get the right size but its kind of hard to get the right size since they are wide.
