The style of the shoe was what I was searching for and exactly as pictured on the website. I wore the dress boots out to dinner the first day of receiving them and they were extremely comfortable without any 'breaking in' time. Also, the shipping was quick and I received the boots much sooner than I expected. Sizing was true. Couldn't be more pleased!

*Edited to answer reply: With all due respect, to say "we're sorry that the shoes weren't quite right on this occasion" is dismissive knowing that I said "This isn't the only time this has happened...etc." Your shoes are running increasingly too small as time goes on. I have been measured by professionals at a store that sells specialty shoes such as S.A.S. and my feet have not changed in size. Please re-evaluate the way you make your shoes to reflect what true measurements are for each of the shoes sizes you make. I bought the Emily 2 Boot at a store in my regular size and could barely get my feet in them. I bought the next size up from you because no one offers that next size. It was hardly any bigger than the previous one. I still had a difficult time getting my feet in them and it hurt to try to walk in them even on carpeting. This isn't the only time this has happened. It has happened with shoes and sandals too, unfortunately. I may have to abandon all thoughts of purchasing Clark's all together because you are making your shoes way too small anymore for me to wear. I'm already at the top of what you have to offer, so I can't go two sizes up, which I shouldn't have to anyway.

Ordered my first pair of Clark's because I wanted a slip on boot and the price was good. Shipping was fast and the boots were exactly as pictured ( good website too!). I can't describe how comfortable they are. I expected them to be a bit stiff but they weren't. Also I wear a 10 and it seems the cuteness factor drops with bigger sizes. Not true here! I will visit Clark's again and highly recommend.

I love the look and the soft cushiony feel. At first they were a little tight but I have been wearing without problem. I bought a 1/2 size larger but maybe they run small. I would like a little more room. I must use a shoe horn to slip them on but they come off easily. Are they snow proof? not sure.

Unfortunately I had to return 2 pairs one was too narrow did not fit like a wide at all. The other pair was to tight across the instep. (Right across front of shoe)

It was my first purchase and the service was good. I wish the grip of the boots I purchased were deeper though.
