Website kept jumping and returning to Beginning

Shoes came in ok thankfully but the box came crushed busted opened, I'm sure has nothing to do with Clarks part more than likely FedEx, ups or whatever handler it goes through. Shipping was fairly on point for the most part didn't have to wait extra days.

I bought the Fawna Lily silver ballet shoes, they were too big. I returned them to the outlet in Arizona, they didn’t have an 8.5 and was told I could only give me a store credit. Went on the website to order the 8.5M. On the web the shoes are now additional 40% off, true ordering it and it only taking 30%. Called customer service and they couldn’t help me. Tried ordering it through the store and was told they also were unable to do it. Very frustrating experience with no one who is able to help.

Clarks is my favorite shoe brand. Your shoes are comfortable and pretty, good for career women and older people too. I’m glad that online store is easy to use. Price is very reasonable too. I’m looking forward to wear my boots during Christmas holidays.

I just purchase a final sale item. I understand that it is not refundable. After many years wearing clarks shoes I know my size that is 8.5 M. The final sale item is also 8.5, however it is so wide that I am not safe wearing it. It is open toe open back and I can't put anything inside to make it fit. When I called I did not have the customer service and understanding that I expected. I love the shoes but can't wear them! Can't return, can't get even credit! This is just not how I expected to be treated! Just look at my history! How many shoes I have bought in the past years, not mentioning the ones I bought from department stores and clarkstores! This is just wrong!

I want to say that you guys do an excellent job with the shoes they are my family's favorite.

The quality of these shoes is excellent. They look great.

The shoe sizes change. Last year i ordered 6, they were too smal, this year I ordered 6.5 and they are really large, i miss the Naperville store.
