I sent an email to customer service immediately after submitting an order because the price I was charged was not consistent with the sale price displayed...that was three weeks ago and I have yet to hear back. When the shoes were delivered, I sent another follow up message and have yet to hear back. I am not a happy customer.

I'd rate this a 5 but even wide size is kind of tight. Snug is the best word. Not quite uncomfortable. Great looking. Great insole comfort.

I love Clark’s shoes and boots. I consistently wear the same size and the comfort is immediate, no need to break them in at all. I recently purchased three more pairs online during their Black Friday sale. The experience was perfect: wide array of choices, easy to navigate the site, various ways to make payment and shipping was fast and accurate. My new shoes are wonderful, exactly what I expected from Clark’s. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again!

Bring back the gum soles

The black leather wallabee with croc accents is a nice looking shoe but the leather itself is so stiff that I can’t even wear them. These will take numerous hours of wear to break in the leather. Unfortunately I can’t afford to inflict such pain on my feet.

I love that Clarks has so many styles in wide sizes! Bought women's black leather boots. They came quickly and fit great. The leather is good quality.

The shoes were not consistent with previous sizing. Too tight in the instep. And I was required to pay shipping both ways I wrote to customer service and requested a consideration for the $13.00 expensed in shipping. I did not receive a response. I love Clark’s shoes. I have purchased in London, Paris and the US. I will not purchase them online in the future.

Tried ordering from Amazon, but going straight to Clark's site was the best experience.
