Lesley was great! She was fast and efficient and very pleasant to work with. My only reason for 4 star rather than 5 star is that she was unable to tell me anything new about my parcel that is delayed in shipping with no tracking updates for 6 days and a missed delivery date. This is not her fault but is frustrating when neither the company nor the shipper can tell you where the parcel is sitting today.

The shoes are very comfortable. I have a hard time getting them on, as I have arthritis in my hands bad.

I was told there was no return fee, I was asked to pay $5 for return for each pair of shoes I had to return.

one shoe was a size too big even though the size tagged in the shoe was correct. Called for a replacement, couldnt get the shoes replaced, had to send them back.They are charging me $5 to send back, but customer service said to call to get the $5 back. Just something else to inconvenience me to do. Customer service should have been able to take care of that the day I called.

The shoes were great—delivered as expected. Unfortunately, they were too wide for my narrow heel. I processed a return. They handled it efficiently and kept me aware where I was in process with emails. Good customer support.

I loved the look of these shoes! They seemed tight in the toe-bed when I first put them on but the supple leather relaxed almost immediately. They fit perfectly now even though I have bunions. I recommend them. I have semi-wide feet and wear an 8.5.

I requested a size exchange, but after I sent the item back, I haven't heard anything for a while. It's been two weeks already, and I still haven't received the exchanged item.....

Nalle lilac is a versatile shoe. However, i have bunion issues and the sneakers did not work out for me also the nalle lace black wide is not wide at all. And the w letter was scratched off. Not sure why? I had bought the nalle lace chrome that was very soft and fomfortable but not the black textured.

The response from my request to Clark's was immediate, and resolution to my problem was within a day or two.
