Met expectations with communication and delivery

These shoes are so comfortable and give great support. I bought another pair. That's how much I like them.

I only rate at three since it took 45 minutes to finally speak to a real person. One the phone was answered to rep was courteous and friendly in initiating my exchange,which was received back to you on Dec9. I’m still waiting to hear (Dec17) if they’ll be shipping the correct size or not.

Received the sandals in a timely manner!

The shoes came very promptly. While I thought I liked the buckle style, they were too tight and I concluded that, even in a larger size, the buckling and unbuckling would be a pain. I should have bought a slip-on. Refund was handled as expeditiously as I have ever experienced, with status notices along the way. I have had many Clark’s shoes and will try again!

I have reached out to this company since a purchase I made Dec.4. I placed three calls and was placed on hold for 45 minutes each time with no-one picking up the call after being placed on hold (all 3 times). I sent 3 emails with no reply from the company yet. I have been totally ignored by the on-line store and when I called a brick and mortar store even thought I had a physical PayPal credit card I was told I could not return or exchange my purchase there either. After such behavior I am afraid to return my item by mail for fear they will say it was never returned. I have lost complete trust in the honesty of your service and store. I believe the company lacks integrity and its' business practice is deplorable at this point. Dec 4 thru Dec.16

I communicated with customer support by email several times about the fact that I wasn’t able to access the 30% discount. O sent screenshots etc as the website never game me the chance to add the code. No one ever responded. Horrible customer service. I will NEVER order again Update Jan 2025 The company did respond and apologized for the delay. I was sent a refund that accounted for the discount coupon, easing the price of the shoes for me. I am appreciative. Thank you, Clarks. I raise my score to 4 out of 5
