Friendly and helpful driver. Picked up on time and arrived at my destination on time.

Easy to find location in Auckland Airport of our driver, Harry. He was very friendly and polite. The shuttle bus was comfortable.

Nice and friendly service. My only comment was that the service came a little early, so it would have been nice to have some more advance warning that the shuttle might be early. But anyway, the driver waited patiently for us to get ready and there was no problem at all. comfortable and nice service. Recommend

Awesome driver. Arrived on time. Helped load and unload our luggage. It was such a stress free trip up. Our plane was late in and he waited until we where all through and drove us home safely. We would defin use your service again.

Timely pickup and great service which is trustworthy. They also gave me refund when I could not board the shuttle from the airport due to some reason once.

The driver was amazing. She was so friendly and a great driver. We had an incident which meant that 2 of the elderly people in the van decided they needed water. The driver obliged and we stopped at the nearest store. However, after about 15- 20 mins the elderly couple hadn't returned. So the driver tactfully went and found them and we then continued our journey - without I must add an apology from the elderly couple who were (in my opinion) totally selfish!

Shuttle driver Amy, was fabulous! She was super friendly and accommodating. She made the journey comfortable, safe and enjoyable.
