It should not be called Luxury Shuttle there is nothing Luxury about it. I would rate it No stars. I paid $213 dollars for a ride in a van. My idea of Luxury is comfort and at least wifi but nothing. It was more comfortable on the Bus and it had free wifi. Very disappointed 😞

I was so impressed with Luxury Airport Shuttles. Even though I arrived at the meeting place two hours before the arranged time, my driver was waiting for me. Lovely greetings with welcoming smiles and relaxing chatter. I changed shuttles half way to Rotorua and both drivers were so nice. We enjoyed each other’s company, not forgetting their admirable driving expertise. This is the way to travel - beats flying!!

Very good service

I arrived in Auckland on time at about 9am after 20 hours of flight from Boston, and the shuttle to Tauranga took about 8 hours, getting me there by about 5pm. The problem was the driver waiting hours for several individuals to join the shuttle, which in the end only had 4 passengers. Surely the later passengers should have been told to take a later shuttle. I was exhausted and missed half a day with my family.

David was very helpful . I objected paying 156 dollars for a one way fare . Being told Tuesday 2 nd was a public holiday. Even though all the shops were open. The Shuttle was full. I heard through friends your price . Not what I payed.

Good Day I already sent my review a couple of weeks ago. Why would you not have got it? In a nutshell…… The driver was fine. I’m disappointed you’re no longer going “door to door” so it’s unlikely I’ll use your services again, let alone recommend you when I can get the bus for 70% of the price you charge.
