No longer on your SH2 door to door route so will need to find alternative for future travel.

On my trip to the airport the service was faultless. Every aspect of pick up time, staff, drop off time and comfort was stress free. The driver was respectful and a delight. Will definitely be using your service again. Thank you. On my return: all of the above but a little frustrated by fellow users not following your easy to read instructions! Not turning up on time and not advising your company. Not the companies fault!

Efficient, reliable and accomodating

Was lovely and comfortable and driver so helpful when we got to Airport as found us trolley for bag. Two other couples have asked us about shuttle and going to use them now. Takes all the stress out of getting to Airport.

Up area was easy to find, Driver (Brian) pleasant, Kept us informed re; length of time getting out of Auckland due to traffic conditions and checked that passengers were happy with the route he wanted to avoid the heavy traffic.. Went above expectations at drop off by driving down long driveways and taking suitcases to garages and gates (most companies leave you at the road side.. Seats in van were a bit uncomfortable and slippery (slid around a bit, minor issue). Very pleased with this service, great pricing.. Would definitely use again.

I couldn't fault the service from Luxury Airport Shuttles. From start to finish their service was outstanding. Due to an accident I had while overseas I had to change my day of travel back, they were so helpful and accommodating. The 2 drivers Mike and Allan made each trip pleasant and they were spot on time. Look forward to traveling with them again

Easy pick and drop off. Just lacking some communication for the swap over to another bus along the way

The booking process was very efficient (despite last minute booking) and driver was waiting at arrivals hall on arrival. The waiting time in the airport was 10-15 minutes and was dropped off at my front door. Great service and experience.
