Once I was able to place my order, it arrived promptly. However, on my first attempt, I tried to have it delivered to PO Box and had my order refused. There was no opportunity to use a different address. So, I placed a second order in my husband’s name using the alternate address. I’d suggest you give Customers opportunity change the address. People could use a family member or friend to receive the parcel.

Vitabath is a refreshing & cleansing liquid body soap for the bath or shower. It may seem pricey, but a little goes a very long way (it's very concentrated) - especially when a bit is added when running the bath water. It’s not irritating, harsh or drying to the skin like many soaps can be. It is available in several fragrances and sizes.

Poor customer service

I absolutely love the scent of the Spring Green Vitabath body wash, and was so pleased to find out that they made a body spray with the same scent. I ordered it right away, hoping it was the scent I'd known since the 1970s. I was happy to see that arrived quicker than expected and it was indeed, the same wonderful scent. There was no problem with delivery, and I didn't have to call customer service. Thank you, Vitabath, for still making the same product that I knew and loved way back then.
