United States | 07 December 2019All good, but can get expensive if you sell a lot.

United States | 05 December 2019If I could give this 0 stars I would. We used GeekSeller to integrate Shopify and Deliverr. They did the buildout for us and did it incorrectly, GeekSeller then pushed 200 orders to Deliverr without SKU information, causing Deliverr to cancel 200 orders. James who works for GeekSeller informed me that my best course of action was to manually input the order data into Deliverr for over 200 orders, only then to manually type the tracking numbers back into GeekSeller when they were completed! Total waste of money, and is now costing us huge amounts of money in angry customers and hours of work to manually process orders. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM.

United States | 15 November 2019This software is horrible! We sell products through Google Shopping Actions and therefore we have a Google Merchant Account and we have a Shopify store (required by Google). We have our Google merchant account connected with GeekSeller for price and quantity sync. We also have a GeekSeller Shopify App active in our Shopify store. Google wants the quantity and price to be the same between Google Shopping Actions listing and the Shopify store listing, otherwise they will not make it available in Google Shopping for customers to purchase. Now, for me to update this is what I do as instructed by GeekSeller's support: 1. In the "shopify (dot) geekseller (dot) com/products.php" page you click Import Products from Shopify 2. Then go to the Products tab and click "Export all products to CSV" 3. Then login to "g (dot) geekseller (dot) com/ page" 4. Go to the Tools tab and click "Import products from CSV/XLS" 5. Upload the file you downloaded from "shopify (dot) geekseller (dot) com/products.php page" 6. Now to update the product Quantity you have to login to "master (dot) geekseller (dot) com/quantity" Yesterday we received an email from Google Shopping Actions Support asking about an update for an order that was placed 2 days ago. We then investigated and to our horror we found out that there were orders in our Google Merchant account that were in our GeekSeller account that were not showing in our ShipStation account. There were 16 orders that were 2 days old! We had several orders that were canceled because of this and we pay more than $500/month for this service. if you are thinking about using GeekSeller, then I wish you nothing but the best. Good luck! i hope it works out for you.

United States | 08 October 2019Garbage, does not load products from shopify to walmart properly. Lots of issues. Customer service pretends they do not understand what you are talking about. Overall buggy and bad software, not worht it.
