I was looking for an Elica cooker hood which I found at Fesal.com. The price was much better than I could get anywhere in the UK. However, ordering from abroad is something I wouldn't usually do. I had several queries regarding warranty and delivery which were answered quickly and concisely. I placed the order on the Sunday and 8 days later my hood had arrived in perfect condition. The packaging was excellent, and delivery time was quicker than many things I have ordered from the UK. In future if Fesal.com have it, and I need it I will definately be getting it from Italy!!! We purchased our first item from Fesal more then two years ago. Last month we had a 20f container delivered to our house filled with everything what we need to finish our new home: tiles, vc, bathtub, mirrors and bathroom/kitchen cabinets. The service and prices are excellent. We are currently organizing a second container with wardrobe cabinets, internal doors, lighting, kitchen appliances etc. Italian suppliers have more veriarty of products and strong Australian dollar makes prices very attractive. Great product - easy to deal with - fast delivery

I was very happy with the products and have spent a significant amount of money through FeSal. I did however initially purchase the wrong items, a mistake I made as the description of the product on the FeSal website was poor and I confused the product with a different one that was similar. Consequently I had to purchase more products from the seller. Unfortunately he will not take the original items back for either a refund or exchange. Instead he has advised me that should anyone in Australia purchase the same products from him, that I can send the buyer the items that I have and then I'll be refunded. Considering that these items are worth 1000 Euros and are useless to me, I am pretty disappointed as I met the criteria for a refund.

We recently renovated our kitchen - induction hob, rangehood, sink and tap. With Filippo's prices we were able to get top of the line Neff and Blanco at less than 50% of what we would have paid in Australia. Even with shipping we saved a fortune. Filippo was great - keeping in touch online and the occasional phonecall. You just need to plan ahead, trust Filippo to get the appliances to you safe and sound, and enjoy!

I purchased a Gessi Mixer and saved over A$150 (after postage). Mixer arrived in Australia approx a week later (using cheaper delivery option). Filippo provided outstanding service responded promptly to my numerous questions. I would definitely use Fesal again and would recommend this company to my friends.

I purchased an Elica extractor hood because its price was almost half the price in Spain and I have to say that they were very helpful when I had some problems with the paying method. The hood was delivered quite quickly (the delivery fee is very reasonable) and the product arrived in perfect condition (it has been already assembled and is working perfectly).

I was sceptical of FESAL site when I can across the site as I had never heard of them before. A quick search revealed a lot of positive feedback from others in Australia so I decided to give it a try and ordered a kitchen mixer from KWC (worth about $1200 in Australia). Their communication was fantastic! Filipo answered queries immediately and using either the local phone number or the online chat I asked lots of questions which he happily answered. He used email to keep me informed of the status of my order. The mixer arrived as per the online tracking date and it saved me 50% of the local retail price. I would have no hesitation in using Fesal again or in recommending them to anyone else.

I ordered a Falmec hood which Filippo told me would take 3 weeks to being sent. As they buy direct from supplier, when supply is delayed, client suffers. Service from Fesal is amazing, emails answered within minutes.
